We have successfully constructed a complete technical matrix spanning from circulation systems to performance testing, including surface simulation circulation systems serving RSS (such as the 10,000-meter and 6,122-meter classes), downhole motor test benches covering specifications from Φ43 mm to Φ305 mm, and power section test benches designed strictly in accordance with industry standards. All testing equipment is embedded with advanced control programs capable of automatically collecting critical data—including torque, rotating rate, differential pressure, flow rate, and temperature—and outputting precise performance parameters in tabular form and as characteristic curves. Based on customers' specific testing requirements, we offer deep parameter customization and system development for impactors, point-the-bit RSS, and push-the-bit RSS.
