The integrated mixing and backfilling solution is applicable to multiple fields such as coal mine disaster control and dust suppression. Through automatic processes, it achieves the continuous preparation and injection of slurries made from soil, cement paste, fly ash, and other materials, effectively sealing off groundwater and treating solid waste to ensure safe and green mine production. 


The system integrates all equipment from raw material handling to slurry injection, forming a complete production line. Raw materials are supplied from cement silos and via screw conveyors into rotary screens or the integrated mixing system for flexible slurry preparation. After curing in slurry storage tanks and purification by slurry filters, the slurry is pumped downhole. The entire process is under fully automatic control via computer and online monitoring systems. 


Featuring a high level of intelligence and efficiency, and without manual intervention throughout the entire process, the system maintains 24-hour continuous operation, requiring only 1–2 personnel, which significantly reduces labor costs. The dual-mode slurry preparation design accommodates diverse mix proportion requirements, effectively enhancing operational efficiency and reliability while guaranteeing stable slurry quality.

The integrated underground fracturing service is primarily applied across multiple domains, including permeability enhancement and drainage in coalbed methane mines, hard roof weakening, stress relief in roadways subjected to dynamic pressure, rock burst control, as well as hydraulic fracturing of downhole coal seams, rock strata, and roofs. Implementing water-injection fracturing on coal seams not only increases the porosity of the coal mass but also promotes the expansion of primary pores and weak planes. Enhanced connectivity between pores and fractures broadens gas migration pathways. The process also helps suppress dust generation, ensuring downhole operation safety. 


Our self-developed intelligent hydraulic injection pump for mines features excellent media compatibility, enabling seamless switching between various fracturing operation procedures and significantly enhancing the efficiency and safety of downhole fracturing construction.

The integrated solid waste crushing and backfilling solution is developed to mainly address industry challenges such as surface gangue treatment and gangue resource-based sorting. A streamlined two-stage crushing system is adopted for crushing, where raw gangue with a maximum size of 600 mm is crushed into finished materials of s3mm and then transferred to the finished-product silo. The silo materials are subsequently used to prepare slurry within the intelligent mixing & slurry preparation station independently developed by DUPT, for ultimate backfilling via the grouting pump station. All crushing and screening equipment can be arranged either in a two-stage horizontal layout or in a multi-level vertical configuration, offering outstanding advantages in cost, lead time, and quality.
